Closes #32

* Recreate overridden`search.html` template from invenio_app_rdm
* Create `search_bar.html` template, include it in the corresponding templates and apply styling

* because they are required by the TUW corporate design
* use a separate 'fonts.less' rule for the @font-face definitions
* move the fonts into the theme directory because they weren't picked up
  during build from the static directory

* make the input elements more uniformly sized

* replace verbose definitions with their shorthand equivalent

* add support for a custom warning message in the header

* because the display of the staging warning is logically a very
  separate thing from the matomo site id...

* move it into the header rather than as part of the page body
* this gives it a more prominently visible spot, and avoids issues with
  inconsistent display (previously, it would require different styling
  for each page to look reasonable)

* this causes the sticky box on the deposit page to be rendered behind
  the header

* this removes the horizontal scrolling on the search page

* change headings to more sensible elements
* add classes for making the heading text smaller
* move the latest uploads into their own div, to enable us to remove the
  bottom border on the last element

* because the 'hidden' class is sometimes used upstream (although mostly
  effectless), it could cause clashes
* example: actions part in the file list on the record landing page
* also, align the comment styles in the less file

* because the TUW design (now including the file preview box) are very
  blocky, rounded corners are out of place here

* to support having the 'SITE_UI_URL' config value be a 'LocalProxy'
  object instead of a plain string

* This is a workaround so that record search under a community works.

* to make it clearer which templates replace existing ones, and which
  are "new" templates

* check how our customized templates differ from the upstream versions
* add comments stating those changes and their reasons
* chase upstream changes for some of the files
