- add some code demos how to run the card

-the problem was just that the print commands already make the transfer too slow. then a buffer underrun happens

try to implement fifo mode. still some bug, it does not laod new data into the fifo memory and a memory underrun happens quickly

OrcaQuest: Always start acquisition. TODO: Check implementation in manual mode or disable manual mode.
