Fastcomtec: New device code to let MCS8A run for long time and save trigger signals instead of starting and stopping for each shot.

Changed default config for SPCM measurements: software start, 1.7s, highest binning, SPCM on channel 2.

PID improvements for ADwin

Added limit check only when PID is off and set output when PID is turned off.

Adwin: Set PID gains and limits only once during init and not later when it's activated. Added extra dataset in shot file containing thise PID config.

Bugfix TimeBase: Removed "self.remote_values". So far when we set a value manually, the "smart_cache" was not updated, which casued the BLACS worker to belive wrongly that it still had the old value and did not reprogram when running the shot again. Just using self.smart_cache and helper function for returning frontpanel values.

TimeBase AOM Driver: Removed channels that are not in use, to avoid overwriting settings e.g. for cavity lock AOM that might be independent from the experiment control
