Adwin: Set PID gains and limits only once during init and not later when it's activated. Added extra dataset in shot file containing thise PID config.

A memory leak was caused by h5py when calling the dtype of a dataset column,

Added new Camera device based on IMAQdx Camera. It is using the DCAM API from HAMAMATSU for their cameras.

This will make the changes easier, in case the repository is named differently.
Then one only needs to change the path in register_classes.py.

Added adapted class for AnalogOutput with PID control.
This avoids having extra Widgets in the ADwin BLACS Tab,
the PID parameters can be set also in manual mode and the number
of AOut channels with PID is not fixed.

MISSING: Sending data to the right ADwin variables in the Worker and
adapting the ADwin process (to also set PID parameters).

Now the gain of the input set for a PID is considered, such that the set value is the physical voltage that goes into the ADwin.
For that I also changed how we keep track of the AIn of PID channel index for the module arrays (moved storage from Attributes in devices to connection_table_properties).
