Bugfix TimeBase: Removed "self.remote_values". So far when we set a value manually, the "smart_cache" was not updated, which casued the BLACS worker to belive wrongly that it still had the old value and did not reprogram when running the shot again. Just using self.smart_cache and helper function for returning frontpanel values.

TimeBase AOM Driver: Removed channels that are not in use, to avoid overwriting settings e.g. for cavity lock AOM that might be independent from the experiment control

Timebase AOM Driver: Changed transition_to_buffered to improve timing, because of problems when comparing a dict to h5.attrs directly.

In BLACS Tab, do not query Worker for all cases, e.g.
transition to manual is not required.
Added updateing smart_cache in get_remote_values, such that the Worker
is aware of changes since the last shot.

Now the gain of the input set for a PID is considered, such that the set value is the physical voltage that goes into the ADwin.
For that I also changed how we keep track of the AIn of PID channel index for the module arrays (moved storage from Attributes in devices to connection_table_properties).
