Adwin: Set PID gains and limits only once during init and not later when it's activated. Added extra dataset in shot file containing thise PID config.

Fix rounding issues of times for ADwin: Added a PseudoclockDevice for each TiCo, which fixes using the wrong resolution in 'Device.quantise_to_pseudoclock'; overwrite 'collect_change_times' for TiCo, becuase floating point errors triggered errors during checkes of time deltas.

This will make the changes easier, in case the repository is named differently.
Then one only needs to change the path in register_classes.py.

Now the gain of the input set for a PID is considered, such that the set value is the physical voltage that goes into the ADwin.
For that I also changed how we keep track of the AIn of PID channel index for the module arrays (moved storage from Attributes in devices to connection_table_properties).

Because the TiCo is started later than the Adwin main process,
an error is raised if we want to change the output too early again after t=0

Implemented reading of analog ins channels to labscript code

Change TiCo rate to 50MHz, collect analog outputs not via PseudoClock but directly from outputs (such that we can use different rates for ramps in the same clockline).
