Project 'fairdata/invenio-theme-tuw' was moved to 'crdm/invenio-theme-tuw'. Please update any links and bookmarks that may still have the old path.
Override WEBPACKEXT_PROJECT
Setting a custom WEBPACKEXT_PROJECT should allows us to install a custom webpack.config.js, which in turn allows us to include webp images (relevant for #12 (closed)).
Note that this MR is only in a WIP state and has not been tested (invenio webpack buildall, etc.) yet!
