A general description as well as instructions for installation and
building documentation are added.

The plot scripts are not very general, nice or userfriendly. Therefore
they are removed before publishing the repository.

The automatic generation of the documentation with GitLab CI stopped
working because installing h5py with pip caused errors. Using the
correct versions of python, numpy and h5py fixed this.

This automatically builds and publishes the documentation with the help
of GitLab CI and GitLab pages.

The function for the generalized outer product is moved to the
Jackknife class. This allows to take the axis along which the covariance
and correlation is be calculated as an argument, instead of the whole
outer product function.

The main improvement was the use of mathjax to render mathmatical
formulas in a nice way.
