Define @font-face rules for the Google fonts

Moser, Maximilian requested to merge mm/google-fonts into master
  • because they are required by the TUW corporate design
  • use a separate 'fonts.less' rule for the @font-face definitions
  • move the fonts into the theme directory because they weren't picked up during build from the static directory
