Bump version to v2025.1.4

In v2025.1.3, the font invenio_theme_tuw/theme/assets/semantic-ui/less/invenio_theme_tuw/theme/fonts/Roboto-Bold.ttf didn't exist in the wheel.
Instead, the file was named invenio_theme_tuw/theme/assets/semantic-ui/less/invenio_theme_tuw/theme/f (verified by the MD5 checksum).

A quick git bisect with checking the generated .whl and .tar.gz from uv build showed that the only difference was the new lines in CHANGES.rst. Changing the version number didn't make a difference. After adding the changes introduced in this MR, the generated distribution files are fine again.
