Deposit guard page: Reference to test instance

The text referencing the test instance is hard-coded into the template now. Because the main instance has almost the same text configured for the THEME_TUW_DEPOSIT_PERMISSION_ERROR_PARAGRAPH, this results in a weird duplicate message:
