Default creator's full name is not always correct

The logic that we use for coming up with the full name for the default entry for the "creator" metadata is not always correct.

As an example, we have a record which is apparently created by "Cataldo, Simone Di" – the correct variant however would be "Di Cataldo, Simone", as the last name is "Di Cataldo".
