Extend the waterbodies table with further columns used in WISE

In the WFD WISE report everybody add some general details for the waterbodies, which are very useful. See bellow:

• subunit code
• RW/LW
• modification
• type
• transboundary

On the other hand, in the DanubeHazard we made new type categories for better comparability, which is useful, if it is filled. But now in the test database, every HU SW are in unknown type. And e.g. hard to select RW-s, because the type text is more then it.

What do you think? Can we add WFD WISE columns too into the structure?

I think we can store our types and WFD WISE types too.
