Definition of working views
import View and qa_rejected view show redundant data at the moment. Improve logic:
Definition of import view: quality_assessor IS NULL
Definition of qa_rejected: quality_assessor IS NOT NULL and quality_check_passed IS NOT TRUE
Time delays are kept as given at the moment.
