Show the record's owner(s) on the landing page

As per the legal discussions in December 2022, we want to display the user(s) who uploaded a dataset on the landing page. Simply put, we should display the record's owners (record.parent.access.owners) in a human-readable manner (i.e. full name for regular users) somewhere on the landing page.
